LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. – October 18, 2025 – The Lincoln University (PA) women's soccer team continued its CACC campaign on Saturday afternoon, falling 4–0 to Chestnut Hill College at home.
Goalkeeper Nevaeh Washington (Philadelphia, PA) continued her strong season, recording nine saves to lead a defensive unit that battled from start to finish. Washington's consistency in goal has been a bright spot for the Lions, who held the Griffins scoreless through the opening 20 minutes of play before a penalty kick broke the deadlock.
Ricyonna Walker (Kingston, Jamaica), Justyce King (Menifee, CA), and Sahida Dumbuya (Freetown, Sierra Leone) anchored the back line for Lincoln, while Shealyn Oakes (Waldorf, MD) registered a shot on goal in the second half. The Lions showed fight throughout the match, particularly in the second half, limiting Chestnut Hill to only five shots on frame after halftime.
The Lions (0–10–1, 0–7–0 CACC) return to action on Wednesday, October 22, traveling to Caldwell University for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff in Caldwell, N.J.
