(now 7th highest total).  As a senior he became the first player in program history to record 100 career hits and finished with 109. He is one of only two players now to have 100 or more career hits. Kruemmer’s on-basr percentage of .466 is the best in program history and he ranks among the Lions’ top three all-time in 10 different categories and top five in 15.  He still holds the single season record for highest on-base percentage with a .588 mark in 2008. In 2018 Kruemmer became just the third baseball player inducted into the Lincoln Athletics Hall of Fame, joining Bob Smith (played 1949-1952) and Gary Michelson (mid 1960’s).
