The Lady Lions defeated the Bulldogs of Bowie State today by a score of 75-67. The game was tight with the lead changing hands throughout the first three quarters. The Lions got the lead and held onto it with three minutes left in the fourth and sealed the victory with defense. The team was lead in scoring by Lenee Kimball who put 16 points on the board with 5-5 shooting from the field and 4-4 on the free throw line. To sum it up, she was perfect. Lenee was helped by teammates Teira Pendleton (Baltimore, MD/Baltimore Poly Institute)'s 15 points, Amani Clark (Middletown, DE/Appoquinimink HS)'s 13 and Dejah Taylor's 12.

The team is now 9-6 overall and 4-3 in CIAA Conference play. Their next opponent is Elizabeth City State in North Carolina January 20, 2016.
