Livingstone Box/Virginia Union Box

OXFORD, Pa. – The Lincoln University women's tennis team closed out the CIAA Northern Division Cluster Round-up on Sunday afternoon with a pair of losses to Livingstone College and Virginia Union at Oxford High School.
 
The Lady Lions opened the day with a 5-1 loss to Livingstone College as the double team of Haley Hendricks (Carlsbad, Calif./Carlsbad HS) and Urszula Koczkodaj (Szczecin, Poland/) defeated Garreesa Henry and Samiydah Kearney, 8-3. However, Lincoln trailed, 2-1 heading into singles action and dropped three matches to close out the match.
 
The final match of the day ended with the Lady Lions dropped a 5-0 decision to Virginia Union.
 
Lincoln returns to CIAA Northern Division action on Saturday, March 23 at the Lincoln University Tennis Complex against Elizabeth City State.
