Live CIAA Tournament Updates/Live Streaming/Welcome to the City of Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Fans can follow the Lincoln University men's and women's basketball teams at the CIAA Basketball Tournament through Live Streaming, Live Stats and Live Twitter updates as play begins at 11 a.m., Tuesday at the Time Warner Cable Arena.
 
The Lincoln women's basketball team, the No. 4 seed from the Northern Division, begins tournament play 5 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 26 against Johnson C. Smith, the No. 5 seed from the Southern Division, in the opening round of the tournament.
 
This will be the second matchup between the two teams as Lincoln took the first meeting, 68-58, on Jan. 3 at Manuel Rivero Gymnasium. Cynthia Johnson (Baltimore, MD/Baltimore Polytechnic Institute) had 18 points, while Tahlar McIntosh (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mt. Alvernia HS) finished with a double-double, 17 points and 11 rebounds.
 
The Lincoln men, the No. 1 seed after winning its first-ever CIAA Northern Division Championships, has a bye until the quarterfinals and will play at 9 p.m., on Thursday.
