Box Score Lincoln University, PA – The Lions loss 3-1 to St. Thomas Aquinas in their home finale on Wednesday, October 23. Tara O'Brien (Twickenham London, UK/St. Mark's Catholic School) netted Lincoln's only goal off a penalty kick in the 50^th minute.
 
The Lincoln University posted 12 total shots to St. Thomas Aquinas' 25 in the match. Tamara Greene (Piscataway, NJ/Piscataway HS) led the attack with four shots while Tara O'Brien (Twickenham London, UK/St. Mark's Catholic School) had two shots on goal.


The Lions trailed 2-0 at the half and in the 50^th minute, Tara O'Brien (Twickenham London, UK/St. Mark's Catholic School) scored on a penalty kick following a Spartans foul. O'Brien took her time and found the back of the net cutting into the Spartans lead 2-1.
 
St. Thomas Aquinas' Nisha Flinn capped the victory with her third goal of the match in the 68^th minute. The Spartans held for a 3-1 victory over the Lions.
 
Christian Harris (Rochester, NY/The Aquinas Institute) started the match at goalkeeper for the Lions. She had five saves in the first half at goalkeeper then in the second half Emily Woodruff (San Diego, CA/Madison HS) became the keeper. Woodruff finished with eight saves for the Lions defense.
