2012 Lincoln University Women's Cross Country Schedule
LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. – The Lincoln University women harriers open the 2012 season 2:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 30 at home against Cheyney in the “Battle of the First Kick-Off.”
Lincoln return five members off last season's team, including
Diane Lindsey (Lansing, Ill./Thornton Township HS), who placed 14
th overall at the CIAA Championships in 21:25.5.
Shana Brown (Baltimore, MD/Institute of Notre Dame) (22:09.30) and
Alexis Cubbage (North Plainfield, NJ/Union Catholic HS) (22:19.5) finished 24
th and 25
th, respectively.
Shannon Spaulding (Stamford, CT/Westhill HS) and
Kaydee-Ann White (Bronx, NY/Christopher Columbus HS) also return to the Lady Lions squad.
Newcomers
Biannca Garrett (Philadelphia, Pa./Communications Tech.),
Sarah Gray (Brooklyn, NY/Midwood HS),
Shavonna Jackson (Cleveland, Ohio/Warrensville HS),
Imani Jones (Nutley, NJ/Bloomfield HS) and
Jasmine Stone (/) will look to make an immediate impact.
The Lady Lions' next meet is scheduled for 8 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 8 in Wilmington, Del., at the Wilmington Invitational.
