Coach Wilson Bailey Jr. returns to his alma mater after competing with the men’s cross country and track and field teams from 2009-2013.  While competing at Lincoln University, Bailey was named ALL CIAA in 2011 & 2013 for his efforts at the CIAA Cross Country Championship. In addition Bailey holds the school indoor record for the 1500m. He is a 2013 graduate of Lincoln University where he earned a B.S degree in Health Science.  Most recently Coach Bailey has helped senior student, , Arianna Polk, increase her personal record by 57 seconds, and earn ALL CIAA honors after just her second season running cross country. She later went on to break the school record in the Women’s mile at the first meet of the 2016-2017 indoor season. Bailey also helped senior Mike Brown qualify for the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships at the 2016-2017 season opener. In addition Brown has set a new personal best in both the 60m and 200m indoors.
