In her final regular season home game, Russell recorded six kills to break the Lady Lions single season record for kills with 235. She also added 11 digs in the Lady Lions 3-0 win over Bowie State. Russell had 17 kills in Lincoln's 3-1 loss to Salem International on Monday.

This is Russell's second Athlete of the Week honor, having earned the award last week.
