The Female Athlete of the Year was awarded to senior forward on the women's basketball team Zephrah Pam. Pam and her Lady Lions worked their way to the number one seed at the 2015 CIAA Women's Basketball Tournament and then made history with their first ever trip to the CIAA Tournament finals. She was selected to the 2014-15 All-CIAA Women's Basketball Team after leading the Lady Lions in points per game, rebounds average, and in free-throws made. She led her team in scoring nine times, had seven double-doubles, and was the top rebounder in 15 games.
