During a 2-4 week for Lincoln, Smith finished with team-highs of 43 kills, 18 service aces and 34 digs. She also had six blocks. Lincoln won its first two matches of the 2008 season against Valley Forge Christian and Central State. Against Central State, Smith had seven kills and six aces.
