Lincoln University Athletics

Toni Smith, a native of New Castle, Del., was named the Lincoln University Female Athlete of the Week. Smith batted .500 as Lincoln went 3-1 down the stretch to advance to the CIAA Championships. She had eight hits in four games, including a pair of home runs and two doubles. Smith drove in a team-high seven during the four games.
