Kester Lewis, a native of Bowie, Md., was selected the Lincoln University Male Athlete of the Week. Lewis, who was named CIAA Receiver of the Week, had a huge afternoon in a 55-53 win over Johnson C. Smith on Saturday. The senior caught five passes for a career-high 147 yards and four touchdowns. His first reception went for 75 yards to cut the Lions deficit to 14-7. Lewis added to his total with a 44-yard touchdown reception from Ivan Mitchell right before halftime to give Lincoln a 41-31 lead.
