Wigfall set a meet record at the Moravian Greyhound Classic in the 400-meter dash. Wigfall won his race in a record-setting time of 46.87 seconds, breaking Bobby Young’s meet record of 47.07 seconds, set in 2007. This was the second consecutive week Wigfall won the 400-meter dash. Additionally, Wigfall helped the 4 x 400-meter relay team to a second place finish.
