Matthew Anderson, a native of Newark, Del., was named the Lincoln University Co-Male Athlete of the Week. Anderson saw his ERA dip from 4.00 to 2.81 after a four-hit victory over Virginia-Lynchburg. He gave up two runs (one earned) in a 22-2 victory and fanned a career-high eight batters, while not allow a walk. In the three games last week, Anderson went 1-for-4, while driving in a pair of runs.
