Kenny Sharpe, a native of Chester, Pa., was selected the Lincoln University Male Athlete of the Week. Sharpe had an outstanding week. He set a career high in points and rebounds in a thrilling 64-63 win against Chowan. Against the Hawks, he poured in 21 points, 10 rebounds and finished four assists shy of a triple double. On Saturday at No. 21 Bowie State, Sharpe recorded a career-high 22 points in a loss to the Bulldogs. In three games last week, Sharpe, who shot 52 percent from the floor, nearly averaged a double-double, 19 points and 8.3 rebounds.
