George Jackson, a native of Baltimore, Md., was named the Lincoln University Male Athlete of the Week. Jackson had a big week for the Lions as Lincoln went 1-1. He scored 18 of his career-high 26 points in a loss to Millersville. The 5-foot-11 point guard was 10-of-15 shooting, including going 4-of-6 from behind the 3-point line. Against rival Cheyney, Jackson scored a team-high 18 points, including 10 straight during one stretch of the second half. He was 8-of-9 shooting and dished out four assists.
