Daron Jones, a native of Baltimore, Md., was named the Lincoln University Male Athlete of the Week. The senior linebacker recorded 10 tackles, including two for a loss of five yards in Lincoln's 31-15 homecoming victory over Chowan on Saturday. Jones also had a 51-yard interception return early in the third quarter - his third interception return of the season (Kentucky State, Virginia Union and Chowan).
