Alexis Cubbage, a native of North Plainfield, N.J., began her collegiate career in style by taking 15th place at the 11th Annual Wilmington University Invitational at Carousel Park. Cubbage completed the 5K race in 23:33.79 to finish 15th out of 51 competitors. She helped lead the Lady Lions to a sixth-place finish at the meet.
