Henry Alston helped Lincoln to a big win in the 4x400-meter relay, defeating Division I, II and III teams. At the end of the first leg, Lincoln was in last in the heat before All-CIAA cross country runner Vincent Thomas in the second leg and Alson in the third made up the difference.
