Cynthia Johnson was named the CIAA Rookie of the Week.

Johnson emerged as a scorer, tallying her first two games in double digits including a season-high 14 against the Lady Shock of Washington Adventist. She also set new individual marks in that game with rebounds (six) and steals (four). Lincoln won that game, 78-51, Lincoln's first win of more than 15 points since the season opener of the 2008-09 season.

She then followed that up with a 13-point, three-assist night in the CIAA opener against Saint Augustine's College on Thursday.
