Sharay DuBose has been named the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Newcomer of the Week for her performance against Cheyney University last Friday night at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.

In LU's lone game of the week, DuBose nearly carried the Lady Lions to a victory. With 23 points, nine rebounds and seven steals, the junior guard becomes the first Lincoln women's basketball player to be recognized by the conference as the 2010-11 academic year is the school's first as a fully active NCAA Division II and CIAA member.
