Jackson began the season by winning the 60-meter dash (7.75 seconds) at the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore Lid Lifter last Friday. Jackson followed that effort by placing third in the 60-meter dash (7.79 seconds) at the Christopher Newport University Holiday Open last Saturday.
