PETERSBURG, Va. – The Lincoln University women's tennis team returned to action on Saturday as the Lady Lions dropped a 9-0 decision to Virginia State in a CIAA match at the VSU Tennis Courts.
 
Lincoln (1-5) fell behind 3-0 after doubles action and lost all six singles matches.
 
The Lady Lions return to action March 15-17 as Lincoln plays host to a CIAA Roundup, which features Johnson C. Smith and Winston Salem State at the brand new Lincoln University Tennis Complex.
