Thank you for your interest as a commercial participant in the upcoming 2010 Football Season for Lincoln University Athletics to be held at the following dates and locations:

We will host four games in the kickoff of this new and exciting athletic season. The Lincoln University Family and the community-at-large are gearing up as the Lions of Lincoln University will compete as an official CIAA member.
Enclosed in this Information Guide are Vendor Policies & Guidelines, Application and an Insurability Form. Please read and complete the required information. The deadline for booth applications is September 1, 2010. If your application is received and approved after September 1st, an additional $50 fee will be incurred. Booth space will be allocated on a first come basis of complete applications returned with the required documentation and payment in full. Booth space will not be held for incomplete applications or those received beyond the deadline date. Registration and set up of booths is scheduled beginning 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon each game day.

*Food vending will only be allowed at the Lincoln vs. Cheyney game at Northeast High School.
The number and types of vendors will be limited. We also reserve the right to approve and/or deny selections of items to be sold. Lincoln University will maintain exclusive sales privileges for all beverages at Northeast High School and Avon Grove High School. Violators of these rules will have vending privileges revoked and any/all fees forfeited. The Department of Athletics of Lincoln University reserves the right to make any/all decisions that are final.
