LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. — Be a part of the uprising as the Lions try to claim what once was theirs, and do so as a season ticket holder.
The Lincoln University football team enters its first year as an active NCAA Division II member but is certainly familiar with what lies ahead. The goal is a CIAA title, a feat accomplished in 1924 when LU helped found the conference several years earlier.
The season ticket package includes three games at Avon Grove High School, the season opener versus Cheyney University in Philadelphia and one of the oldest rivalries in HBCU football as LU travels to Howard University in Washington, DC on Oct. 2. Tickets start as low as $40 for youths 3-12 years old. Prime seating in the reserved sections is $120.
The seats to Howard and Cheyney are general admission. Included in this year's package is the official “Slow Singin' and Flower Bringin'” T-shirt as well as the game programs with home game inserts and a reserved parking pass.
