Middleton Receives MOAA/Division II Grant

Lincoln University Senior woman administrator and Athletic Business Manager Kisha Middleton, has been selected as a recipient of the 2017 Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA)/NCAA Division II Grant by Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Commissioner Jacquie McWilliams and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA)
 
As the recipient of this grant, Middleton will be attending the MOAA Symposium held in conjunction with the 2017 NACDA Convention, which is the largest gathering of athletics administrators in the country, in Orlando, Florida on June 8-15, 2017.  Middleton will also attend the NCAA Division II Governance Academy held in conjunction with the MOAA Symposium on June 10-11.
 
This will be the ninth year that MOAA and NCAA Division II have collaborated for this initiative to provide educational and networking opportunities for minority administrators at the Division II level.
 
Middleton is entering her fourth year as Lincoln's Senior woman Administrator and Athletic business manager after spending the previous nine seasons as an assistant coach with the institution's women's basketball program including a stint as the Lions interim head coach from December 2010 to April 2011.
