RE:                          NCAA News Release and Public Report on Lincoln

                                University's Athletic Infractions

Please be advised that, earlier today, the NCAA posted a news release and public report on Lincoln University's athletic infractions.  These documents are attached for your review.

The University's position is that we are in agreement with the release and report and will provide no additional comments on this matter.  It is a closed issue and we are moving forward.
