LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, PA. (October 4, 2008) – The Lincoln University women’s cross-country team finished in a tie for seventh place in the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Classic on Saturday at Carousel Park. (RESULTS)
Sophomore Ivri Daniels (Philadelphia, PA/Prep Charter) was the highest finisher for the Lady Lions coming in 27th place in a time of 22 minutes, 14.9 seconds. Right behind her in 30th place was junior Alisha McKeithan (Philadelphia, PA/Strath Haven), with a time of 22 minutes, 30.3 seconds.
Sophomore Kristina Rembert (Bronx, NY/Cathedral) came in 39th in a time of 23 minutes, 31.8 seconds. Sophomore Aisha Crowley (Brooklyn, NY/Bishop Loughlin) was 71st with a time of 25 minutes, 44.7 seconds. Junior Corey Stewart (Philadelphia, PA/Girls High) finished with a time just over 34 minutes.
Lincoln tied Stevenson for 7th place while Philadelphia edged out Gwynedd Mercy by 10 points with a score of 62-72.
